The following services are available:
Daycare and Preschool Observations
We will go to your child's daycare or preschool and observe your child interacting with peers and participating in structured activities for 1.5-2 hours. Recommendations will be provided to daycare providers or teachers and a written summary will be sent to you.

Floortime Services
We can provide Basic Floortime services in your home or in the community. Frequency of services varies based on your family's schedule. For more information about this therapy approach you can go to www.icdl.com

Additional occupational therapy services are available upon request
​Kolb Pediatric Occupational Therapy Consulting, LLC is an out of network provider. It is your responsibility to submit documentation to the insurance company for possible reimbursement. Kolb Pediatric Occupational Therapy Consulting, LLC will provide you with a Superbill which will contain all of the information needed for reimbursement. We accept cash or check. It is important to check with your insurance company about your specific out of network benefits.
